Cleaning Berber rugs is simple: You can vacuum regularly with a low to moderate power. It is recommended to carefully vacuum the fringes.
If the rug is stained, quickly pour a little cold or lukewarm water, possibly with the addition of a natural soap (such as Marseille soap or delicate detergent). Never use aggressive detergents. You can dab with a damp cloth and if necessary, rub gently.
