In order to buy an item, you must log in first via Email Address:- Click on the " Sign In/Log In " icon at the top right corner of the website.
- If you have registered already, please enter your email address and password, then click " Sign In " button to sign in.
- If you haven't registered yet, please enter your email address and password,then click "Create Account" button to complete the registration.
Forgot Your Password？
If you unfortunately forgot your password, please do not panic. You could easily reset the password on moroccancorridor.com.
- Please click "Forget Password" on our sign in page.
- Simply enter your registration Email Address and click "Submit" button to reset your password.

Creating Reviews
Product reviews could only be created after a purchase is completed. Your reviews will appear on the product detail page after submittion and are visible to all of our customers and visitors.

If you have a picture of an item you wish to purchase and could not find it on our website, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service at sales@moroccancorridor.com with detailed information such as the material, color and size of the item and the picture. We might be able to find you something that fits your description.

Order Making
How to Place Orders?
Please refer to the following instructions as to how you should place an order on MoroccanCorridor.com:
1. Please register on MoroccanCorridor.com.
2. Sign into your Moroccan Corridor account.
3. Find the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Bag". It will be saved in your shopping cart and the product quantity could be later adjusted if you should wish to change it. Afterwards you could either click "View Cart" or "Checkout" to further complete the order or continue shopping until you are ready to complete the purchase. You will not lose the saved items in your shopping cart while searching for other products or if you should accidentally close the browser.
4. Click the "Cart" Icon next to the search bar to view the saved product and price.
5. Further click "Continue to shipping methody" button to fill in and check your addresses, shipping methods and costs. Please note that your shipping and billing addresses could be different.
6.Click "Continue to payment method" on the address page and choose your prefered payment method.
After receiving your payment we will begin to prepare for your items at once. Immediately after the items are sent out the tracking number and links will be sent to your registered email account.

How Could I Check My Order status?
Please first log into your Moroccan Corridor account that you used to place the order with your registration email and the correct password. Click "My Account" button to check the order status.
